what i can’t stand

You know what I can’t stand? 🤪

When people give a “formula” - almost like a mathematical equation - for motherhood or parenting.

“You do this + a little of this + make sure NOT to do this = you have perfectly happy, healthy and obedient children.”

Nope. 🙅🏻‍♀️

There’s no “I’ve arrived” in motherhood. I’ve had 7 kids and I’m still being surprised (always something new!) and overwhelmed and having to apologize DAILY.

Mamas I’m here to say: YES it is hard, YES you’ll get through this, NO you’re not alone. ❤️
