Creating a Boy’s Capsule Wardrobe for Fall
Ok this is an example of what I would do in buying kid’s clothes!! I’m going to call this transition into fall wardrobe. Not a ton of “heavy” sweaters etc.
First things first—pick a general color theme so that multiple items can be mixed and matched. Then, pick either tops or bottoms and GO!
For this example, we’ll start with bottoms.
You’ll want to have a selection of both jeans and nicer pants. Pro tip: multi pack jeans from Children’s Place are the best!
Next up: tops. You’ll want to have a selection of t-shirts for playing outside, nicer tops (maybe some button down) and long sleeve shirts. Again, remember the goal is that they’re easily able to create multiple outfits by mixing/matching! Another pro tip: Children’s Place also offers a great multi pack of shirts!
Finally, let’s add shoes and you’re done!
